Marge McNutt, left, with her publisher, Karen Stone, of Waldenhouse.
In her new book, God Alters Alzheimer's, Marge McNutt, having lived with an Alzheimer's patient for over four years, shares her experiences in coping with this devastating disease. She includes suggestions on what to do as the disease is discovered and develops. Alzheimer's is a progressive, irreversible brain disorder with no known cure. It is always fatal.

New information has recently come available which presents hope. Ms. McNutt addresses these new findings, and discuses traditional treatments. She has invested many hours in research.

The author will speak on Thursday, Aug. 28, from 3–4 p.m. at Alexian Village, second floor. She said, "I hope this information will help others cope with a relative or friend with dementia." All are welcome and books will be available.

Ms. McNutt has written two other books, Fun With Funds and Secrets of the Square, and a number of short stories. She lives with her husband, Jack, at Alexian Village on Signal Mt. God Alters Alzheimer's is published by Waldenhouse Publishers, Inc. and may be purchased from the author or online at www.waldenhouse.com.
