Hullco Exteriors will celebrate 30 years in business with an anniversary celebration ribbon cutting at 3 p.m. on Sept. 5. The occasion, arranged by the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce, will take place at the company's location at 7110 East Brainerd Road.
On September 6 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Hullco will continue the festivities with an open house. Visitors can enjoy food and giveaways while taking advantage of special offers on home improvement projects, including sunrooms, replacement windows and select siding products.
Hullco Exteriors is Chattanooga's largest home improvement company, offering customers professional installation services and a variety of choices in replacement and new construction windows, siding, doors, gutters and sunrooms.
Founded by Bill Hullander in 1978, Hullco was one of the first local companies to cater to environmentally-conscious customers.
"Prior to today's buzz about being 'green' and growing an interest in energy conservation, Hullco sold wood burning stoves as an alternative heating method for area homes and then manufactured storm windows under the TVA Energy Right Program," said Brian Brock, Hullco's sales and marketing manager.
The business was recently purchased by Bill's son, Matt, who has been involved with the company's operation for the past 17 years.
