Key, Sheila Faye (Cleveland)

Sheila Faye Key, 49, of Cleveland, died Saturday afternoon at her home.

Her father and mother-in-law, James C. Key and Mildred Key preceded her in death.

Mrs. Key was a graduate of Fayette Academy H.S. Memphis. She enjoyed singing, teaching Sunday school, working in outreach ministries including Prison Ministry and Nursing Home Ministry. She had a special heart for the elderly. She was an artist and enjoyed painting scenery. She had several paintings displayed in a local Art Gallery. Mrs. Key was a member of Peerless Road Church of God of Prophecy.

Survivors include her husband, Jeff G. Key of Cleveland; one daughter, Amy Key of Hubert, NC; two sons, Jeffrey Caleb Key and his wife Jeana of Cleveland and SSGT Jonathan Key and his wife Sally of Hubert, NC, presently serving in Iraq; her parents, Donna Koehn Ward and Leon Ward of Okahumpka, Fla.; three sisters, Brenda Key and her husband James and Linda Clay and her husband Scott all of Orlando, Fla. and Debbie Norris of Ocoee, Fla.; a brother, Kenneth Ward and his wife Suzanne of Orlando, Fla.; five grandchildren, Austin Key and Savannah Key of Hubert, NC, Xander Key and Sky Key of Cleveland, and Ava Key of Hubert, NC; several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.

A Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted at 12p.m. on Wednesday at Jim Rush Funeral Homes, North Ocoee Chapel with Reverend Ken Nope, Pastor Tim Coalter and Reverend Kay Horner officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. A Dove release will concluded the service.

The family will receive friends today from 6 until 9 p.m. at Jim Rush Funeral Homes, North Ocoee Chapel who is in charge of the arrangements.
