Tom Downey, 39, of Cookeville, formerly of Chattanooga, died on Sunday, August 17, 2008.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Chester and Margaret Ezelle Downey and his maternal grandfather, Tommy Ward.
Survivors include his daughter; father and step-mother, Don and Linda Downey of Sellersburg, In.; mother, Jean Herrera of Jamestown, Tn.; sisters: Angie (Dennis) Trusty of Cookeville, Tn., and Stacy Monday of Crossville, Tn.; maternal grandmother, Ann Ward of Chattanooga.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday at Lane Funeral Home, Coulter Chapel with Rev. Matt Hastings officiating. Interment will be in Chattanooga Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
