When you're not petting her, Monroe likes to play. She is friendly with her fellow dogs and also with cats.
Monroe is housebroken, but should not be housebound. Like most dogs, Monroe needs activity and exercise. Her ideal companion is someone who is eager to be active with her.
Monroe is a Shepherd mix breed with a lovely seal coat. She is about two years old and is medium sized. She is waiting for adoption at the Humane Society at 212 N. Highland Park Avenue (ID A04658580). Kennel hours are 11-4 Monday-Wednesday and Saturday. Thursday hours are 11-6. Friday hours are 12-4. The phone is 624-5302.
