Armored Vehicle From Chattanooga Firm Involved In Fatal Wreck posted August 22, 2008 An armored vehicle owned by a Chattanooga firm was involved in a fatal wreck in Gordon County, Ga., on Thursday. The Georgia State Patrol said charges are pending against Daniel Allen Clark of Fort Payne, Ala., who was driving a Loomis Fargo armored truck. Ms. Cox, 50, from Resaca was driving her pickup truck when she was struck head on shortly before noon. The Georgia State Patrol said the armored truck was traveling east when the vehicle in front of it slowed down. The truck skidded into the path of the Ford F-150 driven by Ms. Cox. The pickup truck became engulfed in flames. |
