The Folks In India Couldn't Help My HP Problem - But A Happy Ending posted August 28, 2008 I purchased a new HP fax machine last month. Have problem that the folks in India can’t resolve. Spent hours on the phone. More than once held so long that I finally gave up. Once they even promised to call me back — haven’t received that call yet. My plan is to never purchase another HP product for personal use again. Will also avoid the office store that said they couldn’t help until the one year manufacturer's warranty expired. If Roy Exum’s contact works maybe they will consider case number 8014812361 too. William Knowles P.S. on Thursday Hewlett-Packard has lived up to their reputation. Case number 8014812361 has been successfully closed! Thanks to HP’s Ms. Deason and Mr. Toliver my new fax machine is now operational. Their expert assistance went beyond the knowledge their folks in India exhibited during the many hours we spent seeking their guidance. I trust Roy Exum will also be able to gain resolution to his HP situation. William Knowles |
