Cotter, Thomas Richard
Worked For Chattanooga State For 23 Years

Thomas Richard Cotter, 60, died on Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2008, in a local hospital.

He was a member of New Haven Baptist Church and the church choir, and had been employed with Chattanooga State for 23 years. Mr. Cotter was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving during Viet Nam.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Thomas and Betty June Argo Cotter.

Survivors are his wife, Patricia Cotter; daughter, Shonda (Brian) Edgeworth, Rossville; sister, Linda Clonts; grandchildren, Brenlynn Edgeworth, Alex Edgeworth, and Hayleigh Edgeworth.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Friday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Bill Broom officiating.
Interment will be in National Cemetery.
