The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office has updated the 12 Most Wanted list with the addition of two new fugitives.
The first addition is Fontez Freeland, 31, who is wanted on the charges of child abuse, false imprisonment and bad checks. The last known address for Fontez Freeland is on Fountain Avenue in East Ridge.
The second addition is Dexter Norwood, 29, who is wanted on charges of state parole violation for two counts of armed robbery and assault. The last known address for Dexter Norwood is on South Watkins Street in Chattanooga.
Anyone with information on these two parties or the other 10 fugitives shown on the 12 Most Wanted list should call the Hamilton County Fugitive division at 423 209-7140 or the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office dispatcher at 423 622-0022.
