“With 11 homes currently under construction, the homes will feature high end finishes including granite countertops, stone, brick and hardwood,” said Susan Fessler, managing broker of Crye-Leike’s Chattanooga New Homes Division office. “Buyers will receive a great deal when purchasing a home in this development because the homes are being designed at a $600,000 value with the actual prices being around $300,000.”
Since people are really looking for ways to save money when purchasing a home in today’s housing market, buying a house with less square footage is a growing trend, officials said.
“Providence homes will have as many rooms as most larger homes have, but these homes are being built with smaller rooms and will feature smaller yards because the neighborhood will have a clubhouse pool and pavilion,” said Ms. Fessler.
Since the spring of 2007 the New Homes Division sales team has been assisting buyers and sellers in and around Hamilton, Bradley, Catoosa and Walker counties from its Ooltewah office location at 8121 Ooltewah-Georgetown Road and on-site in new construction model homes.
Under Ms. Fessler’s leadership as managing broker, the New Homes Division specializes in residential real estate sales, focusing on new home construction, first-time homebuyers, land development, relocation, golf course communities, lakefront properties and income properties.
Ms. Fessler is a licensed broker in Tennessee and Georgia. She left Prudential Realty Center of Chattanooga as the Number One Team of the Year in 2006, bringing to Crye-Leike 10 years of service and sales experience to lead the Ooltewah New Home Division that currently has 32 agents. She is an active member of the Chattanooga Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
