Jacob Avans, infant son of Houston and Kristy Avans of Powell Crossroads, died on September 1, 2008.
He was preceded in death by his older sister, Jacey.
Other survivors include his two sisters, Brittany and Madison; paternal grandparents, Papa and Nana Faye; and maternal grandparents, Papa and Grandma Neil.
Arrangements are by Lane Funeral Home, Coulter Chapel, 601 Ashland Terrace.
