2 Hurt In Soddy-Daisy BB Gun Drive-By Shooting posted September 13, 2008 Two youths were hurt in a BB gun drive-by shooting at Soddy-Daisy. The incident happened in the 11000 block of Dayton Pike. Neither of the two victims sustained serious injuries, but one was transported to Erlanger North for treatment. Both suspects have been charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a gun and shoplifting from the Soddy-Daisy Wal-Mart. Authorities said they took a Daisy air BB gun pistol that looks like a real 9mm gun. The 17-year-old went to the Juvenile Detention Unit and the 18-year-old to the Hamilton County Jail. |
