Fall CAMOMC Consignment Sale Is Sept. 26-27 posted September 22, 2008 The largest fundraisers for the Chattanooga Area Mothers of Multiples Club each year are the spring and fall consignment sales. Funds raised at the fall sale, slated to be on Sept. 26 and 27, will help to fund all programs and events for CAMOMC this year. In addition, CAMOMC also donates a portion of the proceeds to great causes. This fall, a portion of the proceeds from the sale will be donated to local hospital neonatal intensive care units to assist them in whatever they need. NICUs are near and dear to the MOMs (Mothers of Multiples) because many have had children who have spent time in them. CAMOMC sales stand for quality items. This is a great opportunity for our consignors, vendors and customers to get great deals on baby gear, like double and triple strollers, crib mattresses, bouncy seats and exersaucers, quality children's clothing and shoes, maternity items, toys, household goods and much more! All items are inspected prior to the sale and only new and gently used items are accepted. CAMOMC sales are open to the public and have no admission charge. The fall sale will be held at the East Ridge Community Center, 1517 Tombras Ave #2. Sale hours are Friday the 26th, from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. and Saturday the 27th from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Half price shopping hour is from 12 p.m on Saturday. The Chattanooga Area Mothers of Multiples club is a local chapter of the National Organization of Mothers of Twins Club, Inc. and is a non-profit organization. CAMOMC is dedicated to the support and education of mothers and expectant mothers of multiple birth children. CAMOMC's membership base is from Dalton, Ga., to Athens, Tn., centering on the Chattanooga area. CAMOMC offers a host of opportunities for Mothers of Multiples including twice monthly playdates, MOMs nights out, events for the children, monthly meetings with speakers and activities, a monthly newsletter, a members' only chat area, a lending library, assistance for MOMs on bed rest, an informative website, a membership to the National Organization of Mothers of Twins Club and much much more!
