Kelly C. Mayer has joined Crye-Leike's New Homes Division and the Fessler Group in Ooltewah at 8121 Ooltewah-Georgetown Road, Suite 105.

“I am a brand new agent in the Chattanooga market,” said Ms. Mayer. “I am excited to be a part of this industry at a time when Chattanooga is becoming a leader in the automotive industry as we welcome Volkswagen to our fair city.”

She is a licensed realtor in Tennessee assisting buyers and sellers in and around Hamilton County. She specializes in all types of residential real estate sales with a focus on new home construction.

“In Chattanooga we have always had the Tennessee River and the surrounding mountains as a backdrop against which we have built our lives,” said Ms. Mayer. “Add to that the renaissance of our downtown in recent years which has brought the arts to our city in a way that compliments nature’s splendor and you have a beauty and majesty that is unparalleled.”

She is a member of the Chattanooga Association of Realtors (CAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). She is currently employed as a senior web administrator with the Hamilton County Department of Education in Chattanooga and the proud creator of http://www.hcde.org. She is the recipient of the Hamilton County “You Make A Difference” award.

“This region has been in the press a lot lately and the national spotlight has illuminated our special little town,” she said. “I am delighted that so many people are now discovering what the residents of our city have always known… Chattanooga is the place to be.”

Ms. Mayer lives in Chattanooga with her husband Scotte Mayer, who is a licensed home inspector. She has a daughter Sarah, 21, who is a senior and vhemistry major at the Tennessee Technological University and a daughter, Samantha, 17, who is a senior at Central High School in Chattanooga.

“As you may have guessed, I am immensely proud of Chattanooga and I can not imagine a better place to live,” said Ms. Mayer. “Now I am honored to be able to help others pursue their dream of home ownership here as well.”

When she’s not assisting clients she enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends and finds personal enjoyment in interior decorating, gardening and landscaping, outdoor activities and travel.
