David Crump, with the National Home Builders Association Legal Department, will speak about Contracts and Mechanic Lien Laws, at the Home Builders Association of Southern Tennessee on Thursday, Oct. 9, from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
Mr. Crump is the Director of Legal Affairs Area for NAHB. He is the co-author of Contracts and Liability along with David Jaffe. His experience entails more than a quarter century of legal practice. He is a frequent speaker at NAHB educational programs.
Cost of the program is $10 for HBAST members and $20 for non-members. Lunch will be provided. RSVP at 624-9992.
