The Forester Sisters will perform at a fundraiser for the re-election of state Sen. Jeff Mullis.
Southern Real Estate, LLC will host the "afternoon of food, fun and music" to be held at the Luke Dobson “Circle D” Arena at Rising Fawn, Ga.
The campaign hoedown honoring Sen. Mullis will be held from 2-5 p.m. on Saturday.
United States Congressman Nathan Deal will be the special invited guest at the event. Congressman Deal has been the representative from the 9th Congressional District since 1993. In 2006, he was re-elected to Congress with more than a 76% majority.
The world-renowned country artists, The Forester Sisters, have been performing together since 1996 and have released several best selling CD’s including the chart topping, More Than I Am. The Forester Sisters have been recipients of the prestigious, “Vocal Group of the Year,” award by the Academy of Country Music. Catering for this special event will be by Sugar’s Ribs “Big Time BBQ.”
Sen. Mulls is seeking a fifth term in office in the Georgia state Senate.
