Reflection Riding Tour
Oct. 12
posted September 30, 2008

The land along Lookout Creek has felt the footsteps of countless people for centuries. Reflection Riding Arboretum and Botanical Garden offers a unique opportunity to walk in those footsteps.

Much of the land holds relatively intact signs and indicators of use by earlier people.

CAHA invites you to join MICHAEL GREEN, naturalist and board president of Reflection Riding, who will guide us on a leisurely interpretive ride along the trail as we explore and discuss what life here must have been like in 1500, 1800, 1838, 1860 and the early 20th century.

Sunday, October 12th, 2:00 p.m. at Reflection Riding

Meet at the Humphreys House & Carpool to various sites along the 3.5 mile trail.

Approximate time 1 ½ hrs ~ Comfortable dress

(Use the gate on the left to the Humphreys House/Office not the Nature Center gate)
