Fifteen attorneys in the Chattanooga office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC were selected by their peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2009, a well-respected attorney listing that is widely regarded as a definitive guide to legal excellence, officials said.
The 15 attorneys with the Firm's Chattanooga office who were named to the list are: Kenneth C. Beckman, Thomas A. Caldwell, Joe A. Conner, Robert C. Divine, Richard D. Faulkner Jr., Richard B. Gossett, John C. Harrison, Carl E. Hartley, Thomas O. Helton, Virginia C. Love, Kenneth Stephen Powers, Susan E. Rich, William E. Robinson, Ross I. Schram III and Louann P. Smith.

The Firm's total of 156, which represents 28% of Baker Donelson's attorneys, marks an increase from the 144 Baker Donelson lawyers included in the 2008 edition. Since the list's 2006 edition, the number of Baker Donelson attorneys included in Best Lawyers has nearly doubled.
