UTC's SSS Director Secures Funding From U.S. Dept. Of Education posted October 3, 2008 Ms. The SSS program primarily serves individuals who are low-income, first generation college students or students with disabilities. Participants receive a variety of services, including tutoring, mentoring, personal, academic, career and financial counseling, and a structured freshman year, along with access to social and cultural events and study skills instruction.
