A man who was sought in the fatal shooting of a 16-year-old Central High School student and critically wounding of a 19-year-old has been arrested in Whitfield County, Ga.

Dusty Stokes of the county sheriff's office said a citizen called the sheriff’s office on Sunday with information on the whereabouts of 22-year-old James Bryan Miller.

Authorities were told that Miller was at a residence in Whitfield County. After detectives contacted the Whitfield County Sheriff’s office and gave Whitfield officers the information, Whitfield County deputies went to the residence and located Miller.

Miller was taken to the Whitfield County Jail and is awaiting extradition back to Hamilton County.

He has been charged with criminal homicide in the shooting death of Issac Robinson at a trailer on Pattentown Road in Ooltewah early Saturday morning.

Michael Shadden, 19, was also shot.

Authorities said Robinson, Shadden and a third person had burst into the trailer wearing masks and brandishing guns.

Miller then began firing at them, it was stated.

Spokesperson Stokes said Miller was charged after he fled and did not contact authorities.

He said a court could decide if it was a justifiable shooting.
