Frankie Jeanette Starnes, 85, died on Sunday, Oct. 5, 2008, at her residence.
She was a graduate of Edmondson Business College and was a member of Dunwoody Baptist Church. Mrs. Starnes had been a resident of Atlanta for 30 years before moving to Rossville, and was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, C.R. Starnes.
Survivors are her daughter, Sandra (Gary) Swafford, Lookout Mountain; grandson, Dr. Erich L. Swafford; granddaughter, Reed H. Swafford; sisters, Mrs. Arnold Massey and Mrs. C.W. Byrd.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday in the funeral home chapel.
