Red Bank Mayor Joe Glasscock should have explained to Dr. Richard Casavant that they needed to raise taxes to complete the community center building. Dr Casavant would have jumped in with both feet. He has never seen a new tax he didn't like unless it is a property tax break for the low income elderly.
Voters should look twice before electing anyone to office whose income comes from taxes.
