Riverfront Parkway from E. 2nd Street to S. River Street, Chestnut Street from 2nd Street to Riverfront Parkway and Power Alley from 2nd Street to Riverfront Parkway will be closed from 9 p.m. on Thursday, through 9 p.m. on Saturday, for the Chattanooga Head Race. The southbound Veteran's Bridge ramp will be closed during this time period. Detours will be posted.
Pineville Road and Moccasin Bend Road from Hudson Road to Moccasin Bend Hospital will be closed to through traffic on Saturday, from 7:30-11:30 a.m. for the Joe Johnson Mental Health 10K Road Race. Motorists are advised to watch for runners in this area.
The 200 block of E. 8th Street will be closed on Saturday, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. for crane work in the area. Detours will be posted.
