Two of this week's biggest games include non-conference games at Howard and South Pittsburg.
Class 2A Tyner will visit Class 3A Howard with the Hustlin' Tigers trying to preserve a 6-0 record. Tyner is 5-2. Tyner squized out a four point win last year. Both teams have been playing well lately and should be a battle to the final whistle.
What used to be a battle of the top Class A teams, now because just a classic rivalry of two great schools. Class A South Pittsburg hosts Boyd-Buchanan with both school sporting 6-0 records. S. Pittsburg won big last year but the Bucs are coming off a huge win at Red Bank.
Red Bank also plays at Cleveland and Sequatchie County at Silverdale in games that will have playoff implications.
