Frances Morgan Page, 83, of Chattanooga, died on Friday, October 10, 2008.
She was born in Varnell, Ga., daughter of the late James Freeman and Elora Conwell Morgan, and she had lived most of her life in the Chattanooga area.
She was retired as office manager for Dr. J. Hicks Corey at Children’s Diagnostic Center. She was a member of Women’s Business Association. She was of the Baptist faith.
Frances and her husband, Herschel E. "Pete" Page spent several months out of the year at their home in Marco Island, Fl., since their retirement.
Survivors including her husband are her daughter, Debbie and husband, Bob Red of Lookout Mountain, her son, Vic and wife, Donna Massari of Chattanooga; three granddaughters, Katie Massari, Sara-Page Red and Becca Red; a sister, Irene Dobson of Rocky Face, Ga., and a sister-in-law, Jody Page Johnson of Hixson, and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. on Monday, at the East Chapel. A private burial will be held at a later date at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Fred Milligan, John Johnson, Buddy Werner, Lanny Haynes, Andy Nolan and John Hennen.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 6172 Airway’s Blvd, Chattanooga, Tn. 37421, the American Heart Association, 519 E. 4th Street, Chattanooga, Tn. 37403, or your favorite charity.
