Tinker, Norma posted October 12, 2008 Norma Tinker, 67, of East Ridge, died on Thursday, Oct. 9, 2008, in a local hospital. She was born in Ringgold, Ga., and she was the daughter of the late Charles D. and Pharbia Clark. She was a member of Pine Hill Baptist Church. She was a waitress for several years with the Epicurean Restaurant in East Ridge. Mrs. Tinker was preceded in death by a brother, Ralph Clark. She is survived by her husband, Robert Tinker, of East Ridge; son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Joni Thomas, of Tunnel Hill, Ga.; stepson, Matthew Tinker, of East Ridge; brother and sister-in-law, Tom and Linda Clark, of Ringgold, Ga.; mother-in-law, Eula Kidwell, of East Ridge; several nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Chattanooga, 4411 Oakwood Drive, Chattanooga, Tn. 37416.
