Martha Lucretia Fowler Harriod, 62, died on Sunday, Oct. 12, 2008.
She was born in Chattanooga on June 11, 1946. She was a beloved mother, grandmother and a member of Fourth Avenue Church of God.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dorothy and Roy Lee Dover; brothers, Roland Lee Dover and William Dennis Fowler.
Survivors include two daughters, Angela Lousie Pratt and Tammy Prince, both of Hixson; son and daughter-in-law, Thomas and Heather Ellis, of Rossville; two sisters, Donna Lynn Ellis, of Rossville, Theresa Quarles, of Chickamauga; brother, Charles Fowler, of Chattanooga; 13 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at noon on Thursday, in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Lakewood Memory Gardens, East.
The family will receive friends from 5-9 p.m. on Tuesday, all day Wednesday and prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home.
