Investigation by the Criminal Investigations Division revealed Jason M. Fint, who has been charged with aggravated assault, stabbed Zamuson Forbes with scissors.
Mr. Forbes received treatment for wounds to the right side of his face and neck at Skyridge Medical Center.
Fint, 31, of City View Street, remained in custody on Tuesday without bond pending an appearance in General Sessions Court.
In a separate incident, Sarah Lynn Raitch, 26, was charged with aggravated domestic assault in the stabbing of Damon Tolan. He was treated at SkyRidge Hospital for two injuries to his arm.
The incident took place Sunday on White Road. Investigation was by the Criminal Investigations Division of BCSO.
