Those killed include Marcelino Garcia Zavala, 43, and Edmundo Pedroza, 28, both of 7618 Bishop Dr. in Chattanooga.
The other victim was Jesus Olvera Aradillas, 43, of 2920 Old Dallas Road, Marietta.
Warrants were obtained on the driver of a vehicle that ran off I-24. Mario Lopez, 23, also of 7618 Bishop Dr., is now in the County Jail. He had been in the hospital recovering from his injuries and in police custody.
The vehicle crashed near Spring Creek Road.
A caller informed police that a vehicle lost control and left the interstate. Police found the vehicle embedded in brush with three of the six occupants confirmed dead on the scene.
The other three were transported to an area hospital in fair condition.
