TechCFO professionals have extensive experience with critical business and financial issues in the software, technology, telecom, wireless, mobile marketing, entertainment, healthcare IT, and life sciences industries.
Mr. Pazera will initially manage the Tennessee practice from Chattanooga, as he locates suitable office space to accommodate staff growth and expansion in the Chattanooga, Knoxville and Nashville markets.
Mr. Pazera has extensive public and private financial management experience primarily in the technology, media, telecommunications and service sectors. During his career Mr. Pazera has orchestrated and completed a number of fundraising (debt & equity) merger, acquisition and divestiture transactions.
Mr. Pazera is a Certified Public Accountant and began his career at Arthur Andersen & Company. He earned a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and holds an MBA in Finance from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University in Atlanta.
Previously, he has held Executive level roles at MCI Telecommunications, Turner Broadcasting and Network One, among others. He also served as Chief Executive Officer and Director for the Chattanooga based service provider, Covista Communications.
Mr. Pazera lives in Hixson with his wife Laura and two children, Tyler and Samantha.
