Barbara Sue Cox, 51, of Dayton, died November 16, 2008 in Knoxville.
She was born in Rhea County on November 30, 1956, the daughter of the late Buck and Mary (Fine) Woody. She was a lifelong resident of Rhea County where she was a homemaker.
Barbara is survived by her husband, Malcolm Cox; brother, Wesley “Goob” Woody; sisters, Katherine Woody and Mary Anne Woody; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning at 11 a.m. at her home located at 693 Richland Street in Dayton with Rev. Audie May officiating. Burial will be in Smyrna Cemetery in Evensville. The family will receive friends Tuesday after noon at the family home at 693 Richland Street in Dayton.
