Husch Blackwell Sanders welcomes Christopher D. David to the firm's Chattanooga office as an associate in the Business Litigation practice area.
Mr. David previously worked for the Honorable Harry S. Mattice, Jr., United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Tennessee. He served as a judicial law clerk for two years.
Mr. David earned his J.D. (2005) from the University of Georgia School of Law and his B.A. (2002) from the University of Georgia. He was Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law at the University of Georgia from 2004 to 2005. He was also a Bryant T. Castlellow Scholar.
Mr. David has been published in the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and the Northwestern Journal of International Law and Business, with articles on the topics of antitrust litigation and non-compete agreements.
