Man Wanted For Domestic Violence Charge Turns Himself In posted November 19, 2008
Foster was wanted on outstanding warrants for domestic violence and new warrants stemming from injuries to his eight-month-old son, police said. Foster and the child were involved in an accident on Talley Road in which Foster fled the scene on Monday. He took his son back to its mother, but failed to inform her that the child was involved in an accident, officers said. After noticing swelling in the baby’s legs, the mother took the child to T.C. Thompson Children’s Hospital where it was discovered that the baby had two broken legs. Foster was arrested on six outstanding warrants. The charges include reckless endangerment, leaving the scene of an accident, failing to render aid, aggravated child neglect and filing a false report. This is in addition to the outstanding domestic assault charge. |
