Reginald Trevon Wellington, Jr. infant, of Harrison, Tn., died on November 18, 2008 at a local hospital.
Surviving relatives are his father, Reginald Trevon Wellington, and mother, Keisha Nicole Simmons.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday at Chattanooga Memorial Park, with Pastor Gary Purdy officiating.
Arrangements are by Heritage Funeral Home, 7454 E. Brainerd Rd.
