Walter Keith Johnson, 64, of Soddy-Daisy, died on Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2008, after a battle with lung cancer.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Lelies Swanger Johnson; brothers and sisters, Chester Johnson, Geraline Johnson, Margie Layne, Marshal Johnson, Curtis Johnson, Howard Johnson and Marie Mincey.
Survivors include his brother, Wallace Johnson; sisters, Genevie Smith, Nina Jo Alexander, all of Indiana, Naomi Smith, Hendon, Viola Suffer, Texas, and Faye Stewart, Dunlap, Tn.; special lady friend, B.J.; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. CST on Saturday, in the Ewton Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Ronnie Shelton of Joelton, Tn., officiating. Burial will be in Harvey Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. on Friday.
