Thank you, Corky Whitlock and Alive 95 of Cleveland/Bradley County for covering Ooltewah football for the last several years.
Ooltewah has been in the playoffs for the last three years and no radio station in the Chattanooga area feels like it is important enough to broadcast their games, so it takes a legend from the Cleveland area to do this.
I do not understand why we cannot get the coverage we deserve from the newspaper or radio stations from this area. but Hooterville is growing and the greater Chattanooga area is going to have to deal with it. I think the new VW plant is closer to Ooltewah than it is Chattanooga.
Again, thank you, Corky, for your contributions to our Ooltewah program over the last years. You are truly a legend.
