Helen Allen Hembree Arp, 64, of Cleveland, died on Tuesday at her home.
She was the daughter of the late Sam Allen and Irene Carter Allen. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Bobby Allen; a granddaughter, Julianna Louise Hembree; a grandson, Joseph Hembree; and two nieces, Camile Allen and Tonya Hysinger.
Survivors include her sons, Mitchell Hembree and his wife Debbie, Ron Hembree and his wife Mary, Rusty Hembree and his wife Lisa all of Cleveland; her daughter, Jackie Seaton of Cleveland; grandchildren, Aaron Hembree, Natasha Davis, Angel Rudd, Ayla Hembree, Eric Hembree, Ty Hembree, Isabella Hembree, Craig Hembree and Riely Hembree; great-granddaughter, Jada Cook; one sister, Stella Hysinger of Cleveland; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday at Jim Rush Funeral Homes, Wildwood Avenue Chapel with Reverend Wes McCann officiating. Interment will follow in Hembree Cemetery in Copperhill with Aaron Hembree, Eric Hembree, Craig Hembree, Ty Hembree, Jamie Cook and Steven Davis serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Scott Hembree and Roger Hembree.
The family will receive friends on Friday from 6 until 9 p.m. at Jim Rush Funeral Homes. Wildwood Avenue Chapel who is in charge of the arrangements.
