Shakin' Ray Levi Society
Tuesday, Jan. 6, 4-5 p.m.
Fun for all ages with this unique performing arts group. Drums, music, movement, and lively hands-on participation. Call Jacquelyn Tankersley at 425-3600.
Black History Month Poster Contest
Monday, Jan. 12, 4–5:30 p.m. (Sign ups start Jan. 7)
Ages 7—12. Staff will work with children to begin making a poster to celebrate a famous person for Black History Month. To enter the contest, draw or color to create the visual art and turn it in by Feb. 5. There will be three age groups. First, second and third place winners in each group will receive trophies, ribbons, and have their worked displayed at the center through the month. Call Michael Todd at 425-3600.
Ballet Tennessee
Tuesday, Jan. 13, 4:30-6:30 p.m.
Ages 13-17 will get to enjoy a dance workshop with this prestigious dance company. Free.

Tuesday and Thursday, 10-11:30 a.m. Starting Jan. 13
Instructor will be Thomas Finley. A great class and chance to master today's important computer skills.

Senior Appreciation Day
Wednesday, Jan. 14, 9:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Special day to show senior adult participants how much they are appreciated. Everyone is invited to come out and enjoy a day of pampering, food, games, and fun. Call the center at 425-3550.
