Monday is due or die for area softball and baseball teams as they begin region play in the Chattanooga area.
All but one district has completed play and the top seeds from each district will host he second seed from the other district.
Walker Valley and Cleveland are playing on Sunday for the District 5-AAA championship.
Grace and Whitwell will host 3-A softball games. CCS and Meigs County will host games in Region 3-AA and Soddy-Daisy has earned home field advantage in Region 3-AAA.
In area baseball, Grace and Lookout Valley will host games in Class A.
McMinn Central and Marion County will host Region 3-AA games. McMinn County and Ooltewah will have home field advantage in Region 3-AAA.
Winners will play in region finals on Wednesday. Region champions will host sectional games on Friday and and runner's up will travel.
