Paul Tough Keynotes Forum On Preparing Kids For Education Success posted May 26, 2009 A forum on preparing every child born in Hamilton County for early grade success will be held on June 20, 9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. at UTC University Center, Chattanooga Room.
