Starkey, Frances deVentura Retired Owner Of Starkey Printing Company posted June 4, 2009
Mrs. Starkey was retired as president and owner of Starkey Printing Company. She was a member of the Chattanooga First Seventh-day Adventist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Frances deVentura; husband, Glenn Robert Starkey; sons, Sariphem R. Starkey and Wayne Charles Starkey; three sisters; and one brother. She is survived by her daughter, Glenda Starkey Salsberry; granddaughter, Francine Rebecca Salsberry; loving caretakers, Heather Lynn, Judy Mills, Lesa Bell, and Sue McConathy; five first cousins; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday at Heritage Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Fred Fuller, Pastor Paul Eirich, and Pastor Peter Reed officiating. Interment will follow in Lakewood Memory Gardens South, Rossville. Memorial contributions may be made to the Chattanooga First Seventh-day Adventist Church Building Fund, 7450 Standifer Gap Road, Chattanooga, Tn. 37421, the Samaritan Center, Lee Hwy., Ooltewah, Tn. 37363, or Hospice of Chattanooga, 4411 Oakwood Drive, Chattanooga, Tn. 37416.
