Mrs. Starkey was retired as president and owner of Starkey Printing Company. She was a member of the Chattanooga First Seventh-day Adventist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Frances deVentura; husband, Glenn Robert Starkey; sons, Sariphem R. Starkey and Wayne Charles Starkey; three sisters; and one brother.
She is survived by her daughter, Glenda Starkey Salsberry; granddaughter, Francine Rebecca Salsberry; loving caretakers, Heather Lynn, Judy Mills, Lesa Bell, and Sue McConathy; five first cousins; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday at Heritage Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Fred Fuller, Pastor Paul Eirich, and Pastor Peter Reed officiating. Interment will follow in Lakewood Memory Gardens South, Rossville.
