Seth McClure, a top pitcher and first baseman for Fannin County High School in Blue Ridge. Ga., has signed to play baseball at Chattanooga State Technical Community College, the Blue Ridge News Observer reported.
The 6'7" McClure will study electrical engineering at Chattanooga State.
He helped his team reach the state playoffs for four straight years, while batting over .350.
Chattanooga State officials said he was recruited mainly for his pitching, but can also compete for a spot in the regular lineup.
