Kathleen Grimes has joined Crye-Leike, Realtors as an affiliate broker in the company’s Gunbarrel Road branch office located at 1510 Gunbarrel Road.
Prior to her work in residential real estate sales, she was a nurse for 30 years. She brings to Crye-Leike 20 years of management experience in the healthcare industry.
She has served as a nurse and manager at Erlanger Medical Center for 26 years and was also employed at Superior Home Health Care where she served as an executive office director for eight years.
“I will bring as much skill and enthusiasm to the real estate industry as I have in the healthcare industry,” said Ms. Grimes. “I made the decision to join the real estate business to be able to manage my own destiny and help others find that special place to call home.”
Ms. Grimes is a licensed realtor in Tennessee assisting buyers and sellers in and around Hamilton and Bradley counties. She specializes in all types of residential real estate and is a member of the Chattanooga Association of Realtors (CAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
“Having a job that is fulfilling and rewarding is very important to me,” she said. “For many years, my goal has been to help others and make a difference in their lives. Whether you are a buyer or seller, my goal is to be professional, honest, fair and loyal and serve all my real estate clients to the best of my ability with the skills I have acquired over the years.”
Ms. Grimes lives in Chattanooga and is a member of the Elks Lodge on Graysville Road. For many years, she was a member of the national organization Toastmasters and won several awards for public speaking. When she is not busy assisting her real estate clients, she enjoys reading, listening to music and spending time with good friends.
