Two men are recuperating at Erlanger Hospital after being shot multiple times in a drive-by shooting that occurred early Thursday morning on Foust Street, near 4th Avenue.
Quindell Ray and Darius Hyatte told police that they left a relative's house in East Lake Courts around midnight and were headed to Foust Street when a dark colored pickup truck turned onto Foust Street and the passenger began shooting at them.
Mr. Ray said he was unable to identify any of the occupants of the vehicle.
Mr. Ray was shot multiple times in the hip, wrist and leg and Mr. Hyatte was shot once in the abdomen. Both men are in stable condition.
Police located evidence of the shooting at 2118 Foust St. and are following leads to determine the identity of the suspects involved. A motive in the shooting has not yet been determined.
