I’d like to send a huge thank you out to all who attended the “Shaken the Booty on the River” midnight cruise last Saturday night on the Southern Belle Riverboat. The event was put on by the “Chattanooga Friends” group as one of our benefits for the Ronald McDonald House Charities here in Chattanooga. 320 guests paid $10 to dance to hits from the 70’s and 80’s in a dress up theme fun filled evening.
Our tunes were provided by John Stutz from Celebrations and Music by Stutz, pizza and water was provided by our friends at Mellow Mushroom, and an assortment of snacks provided by Bryan Croft of BI-LO Ft. Oglethorpe store #349. Tremendous thanks to these sponsors who helped us to raise $3200 for the families who use the Ronald McDonald House as their “home away from home” as they tend to their sick children here in Chattanooga.
