Joan W. Murphy, of Chatsworth, Ga., died on June 30, 2009.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Alisa and David Orr, Conyers, Ga.; sons and daughters-in- law, Richard and Gayle Black, Chatsworth; SFC Thomas F. and Heidi Black Jr., Enterprise Ala.; sister, Nancy Sayer, NC; aunt and uncle, Grier and Johnnie Wallace of Lawrenceville, Ga.
A memorial service will be at a later date.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to American Lung association or St. Judes Childrens Hospital.
