Jeremiah Sammartano At Charles And Myrtles posted September 3, 2009 Jeremiah Sammartano will perform at Charles and Myrtles on Saturday at 8 p.m. Originally from Los Angeles, where he spent time being a part of the vibrant Americana/Country/Roots rock scene, he moved to Nashville in to create music influenced by the Delta blues of Charley Patton and Howlin’ Wolf, the raw, brilliant sounds of the Replacements, the lyrical, romantic and often raucous sounds of The Pogues, and the genius of Tom Waits.
