Racie Helen Miller and Mary Lynn Johnson
Two local teens are among the co-authors of a book, 365 More Meditations for Teens, released in September.

Mary Lynn Johnson and Racie Helen Miller, homeschool high school students, will be signing a book published by Abingdon Press Saturday from 2-4 p.m. at Wild Hare Books, Signal Mountain.

Former community residents Ellen and Ryan Gray contributed the month of February, while Miss Miller wrote August and Miss Johnson May. The remaining months are authored by teens and adults from across the country.

The devotional book was written to explore insights about the Christian faith and encourage spending daily time with God. There is a monthly theme for the daily devotions suited for a busy schedule. Each day has a scripture, a brief devotion and questions for an individual to think about or groups to discuss.

Both young women participate in the youth group of Signal Mountain Presbyterian Church where they also co-lead a Bible study for middle school students.
