g) An ordinance to amend Chattanooga City Code, Part II, Chapter 5, Section 5-75(b), relative to sale of beer in the UGC Urban General Commercial Zone. (Added.)
VII. Resolutions:
a) A resolution authorizing the Director of General Services to execute a lease with the Tennessee Valley Regional Communications System for a tower site located on Cross Mountain in Campbell County for a term of ten (10) years and a monthly rental amount of $1,200.00 for years one through three, with an escalating clause for years four through ten as described herein. (Revised.)
b) A resolution authorizing the Director of General Services to execute a lease with the Tennessee Valley Regional Communications System for a tower site located on Windrock Mountain in Anderson County for a term of ten (10) years and a monthly rental amount of $1,200.00 for years one through three, with an escalating clause for years four through ten as described herein. (Revised.)
c) A resolution authorizing the award of Contract No. W-05-007-203, North Warner Park Stormwater Detention Basin, to Thomas Brothers Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of $1,703,999.00, plus a contingency amount of $170,000.00, for a total amount not to exceed $1,873,999.00, subject to appropriation of funds. (Revised.)
d) A resolution authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 1 relative to Contract No. W08-005, performance testing with the J-VAP Remedial Action, with Jordan, Jones & Goulding (JJ&G), which change order is for an increase in an amount not to exceed $4,000.00. This increases the original contract cost from $143,850.00 to $147,850.00.
e) A resolution authorizing the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Regional Planning Agency to develop a Land Use and Redevelopment Plan for the Missionary Ridge Area which includes all of Missionary Ridge as well as parts of the East Lake, Ridgeside, Glenwood, Foxwood Heights, and Avondale Neighborhoods.

7. Resolutions:
a) A resolution authorizing the Department of Parks and Recreation to accept a 5.5 acre (approximate) conservation easement on part of property located at 5600 Hixson Pike, Tax Map No. 100K-C-006, from Clear Creek Church of Christ to be used as part of the North Chickamauga Greenway Master Plan, and authorizing the Administrator to execute any documents necessary relative to this donation.
b) A resolution authorizing the Department of Neighborhood Services and Community Development to donate building supplies left over from the 2009 World Changers Home Repair Program to Habitat for Humanity, pursuant to 24 CFR 85.33.
c) A resolution authorizing the Director of General Services to enter into an agreement with Barge, Waggoner, Sumner and Cannon, Inc. for the Brownfield Cleanup Projects at the Ohls Avenue Glass Field Site and the Anchor Glass Office Building Site in the amount of $59,565.00, plus contingencies totaling $18,000.00, for a total amount not to exceed $77,565.00.
d) A resolution authorizing the Administrator of the Department of Public Works to approve the award of Contract No. S-08-006-201, Private Sanitary Sewer Line Repair (SLAP), to Tower Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of $21,980.00, plus a contingency amount of $3,000.00, for a total amount not to exceed $24,980.00.
e) A resolution authorizing the Administrator of the Department of Public Works to approve the award of Contract No. S-09-001-201, Private Sanitary Sewer Line Repair (SLAP), to C&C Construction Services in the amount of $11,400.00, plus a contingency amount of $2,800.00, for a total amount not to exceed $14,200.00.
