The 19th Annual Harvest Happening will be at two locations of Oakwood Baptist Church.
Harvest Happening will be on the Chickamauga Campus and Germantown Campus on Saturday, Oct. 31, from 6-8 p.m.
The Chickamauga Campus is located at 115 Oakwood Street in Chickamauga, and the Germantown Campus is located at 707 South Germantown Road in East Ridge.
This free community event will be packed with family friendly activities such as inflatables, football toss, horseshoes and lots of "neat to know" information about the ministries at Oakwood.
“This is the kind of event that makes it easy for parents to pick. The kids will have fun, the parents will have fun and no one gets ‘spooked,’” said Darrell Henry, Oakwood’s senior pastor.
Because of the high chance of rain predicted for this weekend and the ground already being saturated from previous rain showers, Oakwood has moved Harvest Happening indoors.
